improving heat efficiency POWER-Z

Reaction phenomenon of heavy oil(For Boiler)

  • Dust is reduced by about 50%.
  • NOx (nitrogen oxide), CO is reduced by more than 20~30%.
  • Thermal calories rises dramatically and boiler efficiency is increased.
  • It decreases the primary or secondary air by about 10~20% as the exhaust gas heat loss is larger because of thermal calorie increase.
    In addition, it keeps the exhaust gas temperature same as before adding POWER-Z by reducing fuel supply by about 3~5% (NOx reducing effect).
  • Flame color changes from reddish yellow to pale yellow (orange).
  • Heating effect rises significantly as the SOOT on the furnace wall and smoke tube is gradually removed.
  • It is not necessary to clean the tank as the fuel is supplied after making colloid with combustible particles in the fuel (tanks, transfer lines) and the polymerization reaction (asphaltene, wax, paraffin).

Reaction phenomenon of diesel(Boiler)

  • The dust is reduced.
  • Thermal calorie rises dramatically and boiler efficiency is increased.
  • You need to use small diameter of nozzle throat as the exhaust gas heat loss is large by increased thermal calories (eg. 10G -> 9.5G).
  • It is needed to reduce the air amount by 10~20% as the exhaust gas temperature rises and heat loss is generated (NOx reduction effect).
  • Boiler efficiency rises as the soot on the furnace wall and smoke tube is gradually removed and heating effect is increased greatly.
  • Cleaning is not necessary as the fuel is supplied after making the sludge in the fuel tank into colloid.

  • It burns rapidly and explodes at low temperature so that it lowers the exhaust gas temperature by preventing overheating of the engine.(about 10~20℃)
  • Due to the explosion at low temperature, NOx generation is suppressed and it suppresses the ozone generation.
  • Good engine start, injector cleaning effect
  • By removing carbon in the combustion chamber, it prevents cylinder and piston ring wear, the damage of the intake and exhaust sides. It also helps lengthen engine lifespan and maintenance period, and the engine power is increased at the same time (P-MAX increasing effect).
  • Cleaning the tank is not necessary the fuel is supplied after decomposing and reforming the sludge (paraffin, wax, asphaltenes) in the tank.
